  • 1 oz Santorini Oregano White Balsamic
  • 2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz ginger syrup 
  • 4 oz sparkling water 
  • Ice
  • Grapefruit slice + fresh oregano for garnish
