- 1 ½ lbs. beef stew meat, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- ¾ cup fresh green beans, cut into 1” pieces
- ¾ cup onion, chopped
- ¾ cup carrots, chopped
- 2/3 cups fresh whole kernel corn
- 2 medium unpeeled potatoes, cut into 1” pieces
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. tried thyme
- ½ tsp. minced garlic
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ¼ cup Della Terra Neapolitan Herb Balsamic
- 2 cans (14oz.) beef broth
- 2 cans (14 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Mix all ingredients in a 3 ½-6 quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low heat setting 8-9 hours or until vegetables are tender.
