Orders will be shipped to most places in Canada by courier.
Please note that we do not ship to Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador

Available for purchases over $150 (taxes excluded) to one address. May take up to 15 Business days once processed.

$25 EXPEDITED SHIPPING (Up to 5 Business Days)
Available regardless of purchase amount to one address. May take up to 5 Business days once processed. Orders placed take up to two days to process.

Shipping Exceptions
The following are excluding from the above rates:
- Wedding Favours (Ontario $75 flat rate, Rates calculated by weight for other provinces)
- Gift Baskets and Crates (Due to the delicate nature of cello or shrink wrapped baskets and crates, they are not eligible for shipping and must be picked up in store)
- Wholesale orders (Please contact us for shipping/delivery options)

Della Terra will ship across Canada with the exceptions of Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador. Please contact us for rates to these geographic locations.
Della Terra Ltd. will not ship to P.O. boxes nor outside of Canada at this time.
Terms
Free shipping may take up to 15 business days and expedited shipping is up to 5 business days. While Della Terra Ltd. typically ships its products within 1-2 days of receiving an online order, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability (financial or otherwise) for a longer shipping time frame.
Packages may require a signature confirmation upon receipt, therefore timely delivery requires that the customer make themselves available at the destination point. Della Terra Ltd. is not responsible for any courier delays in shipments or those lost in transit.
Shipping rates are based on purchase price before taxes and shipping rates are applied. These rates are subject to change without notice. If these changes occur within 12 hours of your order and before your items have shipped, you will be given the option to cancel your order entirely, or proceed with new posted charges.
All pricing, taxes, shipping rates, etc. are listed and executed in Canadian dollars.
