This large paddle is a great tool that allows you to get that crisp, well done pizza bottom by allowing you to transfer your pizza onto a pizza stone or grill safely and without interference. Professional tip: Dusting with semolina or cornmeal allows you a longer window of time to work with your dough.

Made from Acacia Wood a non-endangered species which is not harvested from rain forests. After use, wash in warm soapy water and wipe dry. Apply Butcher block oil on the board as it becomes dry or after each use. Avoid soaking this product and do not use in a dishwasher.
