Cheese Making Kits

Each kit contains all of the ingredients, instructions and any special tools required to make cheese right in your own kitchen. All you will need to supply is the milk and some basic kitchen equipment.

Poutine Cheese Curd Kit
Traditionally this squeaky fresh cheese curd is sprinkled over french fries then covered in hot gravy. There is no shortage of creative ways to elevate this distinctly Canadian dish. Add our White Truffle Olive Oil for a gourmet twist or spice things up with our garden fresh Jalapeño Olive Oil.

Produces: 8 batches of Poutine Curds (This kit includes enough supply for 8 batches of poutine curd. Each batch of cheese makes 9 servings using 8 L of milk.

Lotsa Motsa
A wonderful cheese making experience for beginners. Cheese can be made in 1 hour or less, so you will see the results without having to wait for a few days or weeks to eat your delicious creations. Go ahead and find you inner cheese maker, or at the very least open a bottle of wine and make mozza with your friends!
