- one bag of mozzarella balls
- a bag of Basil
- one container of cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup of Della Terra Black Truffle Balsamic or Della Terra Condimento Tradizionale
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
To make a balsamic glaze: Mix balsamic vinegar with brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer until glaze is reduced by half, about 20 minutes. Glaze should coat the back of a spoon. Let cool and pour into a jar with a lid; store in refrigerator.
Put mozzarella ball onto toothpick, add folded basil leaf and tomato. Repeat until you are out of ingredients.
Drizzle balsamic glaze on top for added deliciousness.
