- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp drained capers
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tbps Della Terra Basil Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Della Terra Fig Balsamic
Hand chop and blend ingredients. Season with freshly ground pepper. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Scoop onto toasted bread and lightly drizzle top with balsamic.
