Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic Vinegar

$7.95

Our Blackberry Ginger Balsamic is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart and aromatic with the clean, natural flavour of blackberry and ginger. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade and is divine paired with our Persian Lime Olive Oil. Combining the flavour of delicate blackberries and the gentle heat of ginger, this is truly a unique creation for sweet desserts, vinaigrettes and brilliant in cocktails, mocktails and sparkling water.

Tip: This balsamic is so versatile, it has become a pantry staple. Use in place of soy sauce for your sushi, in place of bbq sauce for pork, or a finishing sauce for salmon or as a flavour additive for sparkling water. The list goes on and on.

  • Use in place of soy sauce for dipping sushi.
  • Drizzle onto pork loin or salmon as a finishing sauce.
  • Great for grilling steak, octopus and salmon.
  • Use on fruit skewers or salads
  • Mix with Chipotle Olive Oil for beef, pork or chicken
  • Drizzle on ice cream with fresh berries
  • Blend with Blood Orange Olive Oil or Persian Lime Olive Oil for a vinaigrette
  • Combine with Garlic Olive Oil for grilled chicken and arugula salad.
  • Combine with Herbes de Provence Olive Oil and brush over fruit kabobs before grilling.
  • Combine with Roasted Walnut Oil to make a sweet and nutty vinaigrette.
  • Combine with Toasted Sesame Oil for sushi bowls.
  • Great for drinks, cocktails and for making an Italian soda by adding to sparkling water.
